These terms cover your use of CQE Quest, a study app made by Bizarre Act ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to them.
What CQE Quest is
An independent study aid for the Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) exam. All questions are original practice material written by us. They are not real or leaked exam questions. CQE Quest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ASQ. "CQE" is a certification of ASQ.
No pass guarantee
We work hard to make the content accurate and useful, but we can't promise you will pass any exam. Your result depends on your own preparation and on the exam itself. If you find a mistake, please flag it in the app or email us.
Your purchase
The free path is free. An Exam-Window Pass is a payment processed by Stripe ($49 for CQE Quest or CSSBB Quest, $39 for CSSGB Quest); we never see or store your full card number. It gives you personal access to the current edition for 90 days from the purchase. If you buy again while that access is still active, 90 days are added to the time you have left, rather than replacing it. It is not a subscription, and it does not renew by itself. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your account
You can study the free questions without an account. The Exam-Window Pass is tied to an account: after checkout you create a password or open the sign-in link, and the paid questions are delivered only after the server confirms that account. Keep your password private. Access is for one person. Please don't share your login, resell access, or copy the question bank.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, or scrape the service, or get around the paywall.
Content and changes
The questions, explanations, software and design belong to Bizarre Act. We may update or fix content and features over time. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll show it in the app or on this page.
Liability
CQE Quest is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
