Refund Policy

30-day readiness guarantee

Not feeling ready after 30 days? Full refund. Email support@bizarreact.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid for the Exam-Window Pass. You don't have to give a reason. Please send the email from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message.

• The 30 days start on the day you pay, not on the day you start studying.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• One refund per person. If you buy again after a refund, that later purchase is not covered by this guarantee.
• When we refund you, your paid access ends. Your free progress stays on your account.
• After 30 days from purchase, the payment is final, except where the law requires otherwise.

Not passing the exam is not, on its own, grounds for a refund after 30 days. We don't guarantee a pass. See the terms.
