How we check every question

This page explains how CSSBB Quest questions are written, checked, and corrected.

1. Every question is re-solved by a second reviewer

After a question is written, a second reviewer solves it independently, without looking at the intended answer, and checks that exactly one option is defensible and that the explanation is right. Questions where the two don’t agree are rewritten or dropped.

2. Numbers are recomputed in code

Every number in a calculation question, its answer options and its explanation is computed in code rather than by hand, and automated tests recompute the answers before anything is published. The worked examples on our study guide pages are checked the same way. If a test fails, the change doesn’t ship.

3. Sources: the public Body of Knowledge, not exam questions

Topics follow the publicly available CSSBB Body of Knowledge and standard quality and Six Sigma references. We never copy real or sample exam questions, and every question and explanation is original. We prefer realistic, on-the-job scenarios over trivia, and we avoid questions where the answer is a matter of opinion.

4. Flag anything that looks wrong

Questions in the practice app have a Flag this question button. Tap it, add an optional note, and it comes straight to us. For the free diagnostic or a study guide page, email support@bizarreact.com.

5. Corrections

We review every flag. If a question or page is wrong or unclear, we correct it or remove it, and the corrected version goes out with the next update.

What we don’t claim

CSSBB Quest is independent study material. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by ASQ, and it can’t guarantee an exam result. Our questions aren’t the real exam questions, and the real exam may word things differently.
